For 34 years, I have kept the practices alive in my life, continually learning about the inner journey and understanding the whole. In the early days, I explored every style I could find—fast and slow, athletic and still—until I eventually found Sama Yoga, which is free from extremes and embraces balance in all aspects of life. This is what I teach and how I live. Marriage and having a child have only deepened my devotion to yoga and my ability to gracefully receive all that life offers. Teaching Sama Yoga is always an honour and a blessing.

The Sarasvatī Devī Sādhana / Day 9

On this ninth day, we will invoke the blessings of Goddess Sarasvatī she who is the Goddess of Knowledge and Sacred Arts the last time and explore another universal values that can serve as a guiding thread in your life, helping you reclaim your inner power.

We will offer our ninth and final Vedic Puja ritual together. You can either join me in spirit as I perform the Puja, or have your own altar prepared with offerings from the Navaratri Guide to actively participate in the ritual.

Either way, the most important thing is to come as you are. Participating in the Puja is optional—simply being present with an open heart during these midday sessions will offer you profound benefits.
